      Correct Answer: 10 pm

       

       

      (P+Q) fills(6+5)=11units/hr

       

      C empties = 10 units/hr

       

      If all pipes are open

       

      So, only 11−10=1 unit of water can be filled in tank

       

      14of tank will be filled in

       

      T.C/efficiency=(1/4×60)/1=15/1=15hrs

       

      =7am+15hr=10pm
