Correct Answer: 18 minutes

lf the pipe can fill 23rds of the in 16 minutes, it will take 1/2/3×16=3/2×16=24minutes to fill the entire tank.

If it takes 24 minutes to fill the tank, it will take 3/4×24=18 minutes to fill 3/4ths of the tank.
