I recommend using a herbicide containing glyphosate. Glyphosate is the active ingredient in Roundup, which can be purchased at hardware stores. It comes in both concentrate and ready–to–use form and has no soil residual activity.
The tree is very sensitive to spray drift so care must be taken to avoid getting any on other plants. For best results apply this herbicide when the tree is actively growing and beginning to leaf out in early spring or mid–fall.
It can also be sprayed during summer if the leaves are not present, but control will likely be suboptimal. At least one application may be needed for complete control, and more applications are needed for larger trees. I do not recommend native alternatives to glyphosate because they tend to be less effective and cause far higher environmental impacts than glyphosate.
What if you already have a large Acacia tree?
If you have an established tree that is causing problems, it can often be managed by using herbicide. The best time to spray is in early spring or mid–fall when the leaves are off the trees. Watch out for spray drift and avoid getting any herbicide on neighboring plants.

The carpel contains Ovules. Carpels have three main parts, the ovary containing the ovules, the style through which the pollen tubes grow, and the stigma on which the pollen grains germinate.

Explanation: The genome of an organism is inscribed in DNA, or in some viruses RNA. The portion of the genome that codes for a protein or an RNA is referred to as a gene. Those genes that code for proteins are composed of tri-nucleotide units called codons, each coding for a single amino acid.

Explanation: The purines are bases in the DNA. The two purines in DNA are Adenine and Guanine. These two purines forms hydrogen bonds with their complimentary pyrimidines such as Thymine and Cytosine to keep the two rails of the DNA molecule together.
