  1. To view pending transactions on Chime, you may either check your spending account statement or simply contact the members services team to get to know the status of that particular transaction. Chime says that all its account holders can see and download their monthly statements using the online platform.

How to see pending transactions on Chime?

Step 1: The first thing you need to do is launch the web browser on your computer or laptop and visit http://www.chime.com.

Step 2: Then, simply click on the Log In button that sits on the right side of the top bar.

Step 3: Now, enter your Chime account’s Email Address and Password to sign into your online banking account.

Step 4: After logging into your banking account, have a look at the sidebar that sits on the left side of the screen and choose the Statement option.

Step 5: You will get to see previous monthly statements (Up to 60 days back). Remember that a month’s transactional statement will be generated and made available on the 5th of the next month. So, for example, if you want March’s statement, you can view it on or after 5th of April.

Step 6: Now, click on the download button to save your account statement to your computer or just view the statement there itself.

Step 7: Try to find out the transaction that has been pending and that you are worried about. You can specify the date in order to see statements that fall in that particular period of time.

If you don’t find a pending transaction in your statements, simply remember the date on which it was performed and the merchant involved (if possible) and call 1-844-244-6363 to talk with a Chime bank executive who can help you out by providing the status of that pending transaction and speed up the process if it is possible.

You can also email Chime about any transaction that you have made by writing a message to [email protected] and the Chime members services team will respond as soon as possible.
