No. You cannot withdraw $1000 from Chime. Because, Chime allows you to withdraw only $500 in a day from an ATM. However, there is no limit on the number of times you can use your Chime Debit Card in a day.

      Chime Withdrawal Limits:

      Daily ATM Withdrawal Limit: $500

Cash Back at Point-of-Sale (POS): No limit to the number of times per day up to $500.00 per day

Over The Counter (OTC) Withdrawals: No limit to the number of times per day up to $500.00 per day

Card Purchases (Signature & PIN): No limit to the number of times per day up to $2,500.00 per day

*Note that if you withdraw money from an out-of-the-network (ATMs other than MoneyPass) ATM, you will be charged an additional fee. This fee will vary with the ATM service provider and will be charged each time you withdraw cash. So, in order to avoid this fee, visit a MoneyPass ATM near you.

As it’s clear that you cannot withdraw $1000 from your Chime account in a day from an ATM, you will have to either withdraw cash for two days ($500 each day) or use your debit card to make the required purchase (as the purchase limit is $2500/day).
